Who we are
Listed Spain ("we", "us") is a curated real-estate brand operating in Marbella, Spain. The legal entity, registered address and CIF/NIF will be published here once formally incorporated. In the meantime, you can reach us at info@listed.se.
What data we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, budget range (optional), and the message you write. We may also log the page you submitted from and basic technical information such as browser type for security purposes.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and provide personal service related to the property you asked about. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Storage & retention
Enquiries are stored in a secure database hosted within the EU. We keep them for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data at any time by emailing info@listed.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
